Booking and scope of service

The website form is an availability enquiry and does not complete a booking or payment. A booking becomes binding only when Maciej Photography confirms in writing the date, approximate time, session type, location, price, deliverables, delivery period and applicable conditions, and the client accepts them.

Prices and payment

The written confirmation states the final price and any applicable taxes, travel supplements or optional extras.

Changes, weather and cancellation

If Maciej Photography cannot provide the agreed service, the parties will prioritise rescheduling; where that is not possible, any amount paid for the unprovided service will be refunded.

Delivery and files

Edited photographs are delivered through the method and within the period stated in the selected package or written confirmation. RAW or unedited files are not included unless expressly agreed. The client is responsible for downloading and safeguarding the delivered files before the gallery or download link expires.

Image rights and portfolio use

Consumer rights and complaints

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Questions or complaints may be sent to the contact email. Spanish law applies, without prejudice to any competent jurisdiction or consumer-protection rule that cannot legally be waived.
